Job Description
The Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing apartments for our multifamily unit community and assist with resident programs, admin, and resident retention.
Job Responsibilities - Close sales, secure lease agreement and process applications
- Provide tours of community and follow up with prospects
- Input data into CRM
- Assist Property Manager with collections of delinquent rents
- Assist in planning resident functions
- Conduct competitive market analysis
- Follow policies/procedures and comply with Fair Housing, state and federal laws
Qualifications - Prior Leasing experience required
- Knowledge of Yardi, RentCafe, Blue Moon, MeetElise, LRO
- Proven Sales and Closing skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
