Join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI, as a 2nd Shift Laser Unload/Finishing Technician! In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our laser-cut products are unloaded, finished, and prepared for the next steps in production. Responsibilities

• Unload laser-cut materials from machines and inspect for quality.
• Perform finishing processes, including deburring, sanding, and polishing.
• Ensure all finished products meet company standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet production goals.
• Document production activities and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

• Ability to continously lift sheet metal and stand for 10 hours.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or finishing role preferred.

• Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours.

• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
