You’ll be joining a small, trusted crew responsible for the care and upkeep of several executive-owned properties in Nashville, TN. These are well-maintained, high-standard estates — and your work will help keep them in top shape all year long. It’s steady, meaningful work where quality matters more than speed, and where reliable people are treated like gold.
Your Role
This is a full-time landscaping role built for someone who’s tired of working on 20+ yards a day. You’ll care for just four private properties each week — giving you the time and space to do things right. We’re looking for someone independent, dependable, and ready to grow. In slower seasons, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new trades like painting, basic maintenance, and vehicle care. This isn’t just a job — it’s a long-term path with real mentorship and respect.
Responsibilities
• Maintain landscaping across four private estates weekly
• Handle all aspects of lawn care, trimming, mulching, and cleanup
• Take ownership of each property’s appearance and needs
• Pitch in on painting, handyman work, and light property upkeep in winter
• Assist with basic car care as needed (training provided)
• Communicate directly with your manager on tasks and priorities
Minimum Requirements
• Full-time availability and a strong work ethic
• Landscaping experience (either solo or as part of a crew)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Physically able to work outdoors in all seasons
• Willing to take on new challenges and learn additional skills
Nice to Have
• Experience in handyman work, painting, or property maintenance
• Prior experience working on executive or estate properties
• Interest in long-term skill development across multiple trades
• Familiarity with basic car detailing or interest in learning
