Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented  Junior Project Manager  to join our demolition team in Tampa, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone with early project management experience or a construction background looking to grow their career in the demolition industry. You will assist in managing field operations, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and managing demolition projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Help enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Track project documentation, including permits, daily logs, change orders, and invoices.
• Conduct job site visits and support field crews as needed.
• Report to the Senior Project Manager and provide regular updates.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in construction or demolition project coordination or management.
• Working knowledge of construction/demolition processes, site safety, and project documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on demolition or environmental remediation projects.
• Knowledge of permitting processes in the Tampa area.
