Feedzai is looking for a Junior Product Designer to help create engaging, efficient, and delightful experiences for our B2B customers. You'll be part of a growing, global design team tasked with transforming the UX of our industry-leading RiskOps platform. Your work will be instrumental in redesigning multiple product use cases to deliver a unified, seamless user experience.
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer with strong user experience, interaction design, and information architecture skills. You are proactive, pragmatic, and thrive in the fast-paced environment of a software company. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to craft solutions that align user needs with business objectives. Deliver effective and efficient user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction.
Participate in User Research: Assist in conducting user research through interviews, surveys, journey mapping, and usability testing to uncover insights that guide design decisions.
Design Holistic User Experiences: Contribute to defining end-to-end user journeys, ensuring consistency, cohesion, and optimization for a variety of user scenarios.
Develop Design Assets: Create wireframes, prototypes, UI components, and interactive flows that align with the platform’s overall design and experience vision. Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality UI implementation.
1-2 years of experience across all stages of the UX process, including discovery, user needs definition, concept design, validation, and creating high-fidelity UI specifications for development;
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or the equivalent practical experience;
Strong communication skills (in English), enabling effective collaboration within cross-functional teams;
Solid understanding of best practices and standards for designing complex, data-rich enterprise applications;
Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping;
Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems (preferred);
Familiarity with B2B software, particularly within the financial industry (beneficial);
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively about complex design challenges;
Exceptional attention to detail, understanding how small elements influence the overall user experience.
You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team. Finally, you will start working on projects and collaborating on work currently being done. We can't wait to have you join the team!
