Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Technician I to support day-to-day hardware and device troubleshooting in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role will involve repairing and upgrading laptops, RF scanners, and printers, along with supporting network projects and equipment rollouts. Candidates must be comfortable working autonomously, handling physically demanding tasks, and providing IT support in a high-pressure environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair PC hardware, RF scanners, and printers .

• Perform equipment upgrades and installations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve laptop, mobile device, and imaging issues.

• Provide basic Active Directory support (resetting passwords, user account support).

• Test and troubleshoot network cabling issues.

• Work with clients to resolve hardware problems and document solutions.

• Participate in warehouse IT projects, including weekend overtime opportunities.

• Physically handle equipment (lifting up to 50 lbs, walking 15k–18k steps daily).

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 1–3 years' experience in desktop or IT support, including troubleshooting PC hardware, printers, RF guns, and mobile devices .
• Experience with desktop support in a domain environment (e.g., Active Directory password resets, printer setup, device imaging).
• Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting , including testing cabling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment .
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ; proven experience handling IT issues autonomously
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment ; able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk 15k–18k steps per day.
• Flexible schedule with availability for day shifts and occasional weekend overtime during network projects.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Prior warehouse IT support experience.

• Experience with domain environments and enterprise-level support.

• Exposure to IT projects such as network upgrades and device rollouts.
