**Description** Tyto Athene is hiring a dynamic **IT Policy Analyst** to support our Federal Customer in Washington, DC. **Responsibilities:** + Provide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts and in translating business process needs into technical requirements. + Provide expertise in change management and training support. + Provide organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environments. + Provide expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis. + Experience developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and governance. + Ability to assess IT risks, recommend process improvements, and support audit or compliance initiatives. **Qualifications** **Requ** **ired:** + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, and 4 years of relevant experience. + Experience analyzing and improving IT-related business processes and systems, including assessing impacts on governance, compliance, and operational efficiency. + Ability to translate organizational IT needs and policy requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements. + Experience supporting IT-focused change management initiatives, including policy rollouts, stakeholder communications, and user training. + Background in organizational and strategic planning within IT, technology governance, or enterprise operations. + Demonstrated expertise in Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis, and Technical Analysis as they relate to IT policy development and implementation. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Clearance:** + US Citizenship with the ability to Obtain a Public Trust Clearance + DoD Secret Clearance (preferred) **Location:** + Hybrid-remote in Washington, DC, with expected 2-3 days on-site per week **About Tyto Athene** **Compensation:** + Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
