Investment Banking / Private Equity Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA

Private Equity Backed Industry Leader is a fast-growing organization.  With a strong focus on strategic growth and operational excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated  Investment Banking / Private Equity Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, gain valuable exposure to private equity operations, and contribute to high-impact financial and investment projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up to $110,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Modeling:

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic decisions and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly board materials to senior leadership.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with bank reporting requirements.

Investment Analysis & Strategy:

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of aircraft acquisitions, project contract bids, and M&A opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to support high-stakes investment decisions.

Operational & Business Support:

  • Support procurement processes and resource planning to drive efficiency.
  • Evaluate and optimize inventory management and supply chain processes.
  • Assist with government contracting, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee real estate leasing and project sales to enhance financial performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
