Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Specialist to support our client's team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate, compliant inventory records for product, including tracking product movement, performing regular counts/audits, and resolving discrepancies.

• Use system to record inventory activity, prepare required reports, and support compliance audits.

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments; manage internal and external product transfers; and coordinate inventory logistics with internal teams and vendors.

• Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, organized, and handled according to regulatory and company standards.

• Support operations by maintaining clean, compliant storage areas and assisting with packaging, labeling, and product preparation as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inventory management, purchasing, or warehouse operations

• Familiarity with hardware or equipment inventory is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with inventory management software is preferred
