What To Expect
This position is expected to start around May 2025 and continue through the Summer term (approximately August 2025) or into Fall 2025 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships. International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week in-person. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

As a Project Management Intern, you will work closely with our Service Operations team to identify areas for process improvement and implement targeted solutions to boost efficiency and productivity. You will apply your analytical and problem-solving skills to engineer processes that balance operational needs with our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in project management, process engineering, and data analysis, while working on high-impact projects that drive business results.
What You'll Do Conduct process reviews, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify areas for improvement in our service operationsDesign and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfactionCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data analytics, and field operations, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of process changesDevelop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of process improvementsWork closely with the field operations team to validate process changes and ensure successful adoptionParticipate in stakeholder alignment reviews and provide updates on project progress and resultsApply data-driven insights to inform process improvements and optimize operational efficiency

Expected Compensation
$20.43 - $33.65/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
