Fall/winter/Spring Interns: Program Coordinator Intern

*Please note - this is an unpaid internship with the opportunity for paid work if the intern would like to coach or work birthday parties on top of unpaid internship hours. Paid hours are not guaranteed and is dependent on how well intern personality and experience aligns with current open positions.

Youth Programs / Youth Leagues - duties may include:

• Text, call, or email parents regarding registrations and class inquiries.
• Set-up and clean-up equipment for youth classes.
• Be an assistant coach once per week, rotating through the sports.
• Take pictures / videos for social media - submit to management.
• Interact with children and parents to create a positive customer experience.

Adult Leagues - duties may include:

• Text, call, or email league participants regarding schedules, rosters, and payments.
• Set-up for league games, as well as follow closing procedures for cleaning.
• Learn to score-keep for all sports.
• Take videos for the company’s YouTube channel - submit to management.
• Interact with league participants to create a positive customer experience.

Events - duties may include:

• Select 3 events over the course of your internship (season permitting) to practice planning, scheduling, and overseeing the event with your supervisor.
• Work a shift during each event.
• Provide feedback on the event - what went well / can anything be improved?
