$500 signing Bonus! 

BASE PAY + MONTHLY BONUS

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual with some automobile insurance experience.  This position is responsible for all insurance follow up and correspondence after purchase of accounts.  Works with customers, agents, Mid-Atlantic employees and management on any GAP and other insurance issues. 

Above average knowledge of Excel is required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus .

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for heavy data entry
• Conduct outbound calls to customers and insurance carriers
• Assist with inbound call regarding insurance issues
• Properly document any interaction on the appropriate account
• Follow-up to ensure insurance checks are received in a timely manner
• General administrative and clerical support
