Responsibilities: • Calling, interviewing and onboarding salespeople to build our sales team. • Follow-up on all candidates in a timely manner. All candidates are provided - you text, email and call pre-qualified, vetted salespeople for interviews. Qualifications: • Prefer one year of Sales, Real Estate and Recruiting experience but it is not required. • Ability to Commute to Bel Air, MD 21015 to work out of our office. • Strong money motivation. • Great phone voice and attitude. • Works well independently and great team member.
