Job Description

Inside Sales Clerical Associate (FT) Location Columbia, MO : Full Time - 11 am to 8 pm. Rotating weekends required. Description: We are a Premier property management company in mid-Missouri seeking to add a skilled Inside Sales Clerical Associate (ISCA ) . Experience in customer service and/or property management is preferred; good knowledge of office administration/Office management.
Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Computer literacy is required.
Education and work experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year or more of customer service.
No college degree or real estate license is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from current tenants, prospective tenants, clients, owners, vendors, etc.
Convert incoming inquiries to confirmed showing appointments.
Assist prospective tenants in finding properties that best meet their needs.
Collect rent and properly organize rent payments.
Answer basic questions regarding maintenance, property issues, leasing, etc.
Take detailed messages for agents and property managers.
Will work with multiple databases, including Chime, Showing Time, FlexMLS, and Appfolio.
Communicate effectively via phone, email, and/or in person.
Remain knowledgeable of all homes on the market.
Overcome obstacles closing a sale.
Responsible for showing rental homes to prospective tenants.
Assist in general office work/tasks.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
Must be able to maintain a professional appearance.
Must be able to work independently and with a team.
Computer literacy is required.
