Job Description

Nesco Resource is looking to hire an Injection Mold Operator for a rapidly growing plastics facility in Kimball.

Shift: Monday through Thursday; 7am to 5:30pm

Pay: $15.50 per hour with an increase after full training and/or upon hire based on performance

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all environmental and safety policies/procedures and immediately report any violations.
• Perform all work with the mindset of safety first
• Operate plastic injection molding machines
• Trim and inspect parts
• Packaging
• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience operating injection molding machines for production preferred
• Able to stand, left, and bend for 8-12 hours per day
• Reliable attendance
