Job Description

Private family in Palm Beach are looking for another Nanny to join their team, Mother is expecting.
This Nanny should be a Nanny with newborn, early childhood, and school age children experience. A Nanny who will work well with other Nannies and the Family. A Nanny who would like to grow with the family in the years to come.

The initial schedule will be day times, though once the baby is born will switch to a nighttime schedule.

Initial schedule:
Tuesday & Wednesday; 10am – 8pm
Saturday & Sunday; 9am – 7pm

When Baby is born (mid-April)
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 7pm – 7am
This schedule will switch back to a daytime schedule when the Baby is sleeping well with a good schedule in place, approximately 6 – 9 months of age.

The Nanny’s duties will be all regular Nanny duties;

• Feeding bottles
• Washing and sanitizing bottles and pump parts
• Sleep training (no cry it out)
• Diapering and clothing
• Inventory of baby items, including closets
• Managing clothing
• Nursery organization
• Baby laundry, including special items

The Nanny for this role will have a strong background in infant care, a deep knowledge and understanding of developmental milestones and how to foster these, a gentle parenting philosophy, have a long-term outlook (5+ years with this family), be able to work holidays and overnights, and be free to travel (usually between 3 days and 3 weeks, both domestic and international).
It is paramount this Nanny is comfortable working with a very hands-on Mom and works well collaboratively in a Nanny team – there are three older siblings, in the home, one being independent.

There is no immediate driving in this role, but Nanny must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record and their own vehicle.

Compensation:
$97 - $120k – please submit salary requirements
