We are looking for a full-time customer-oriented service representative to aid in the entering and quoting for Industrial customer needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manages incoming inquiries for Industrial customer orders in (Sales Force)
· Provides quotes for new inquiries from price lists and logs in order tracking software (Sales Force)
· Enters customers’ orders into company MRP platform as well as maintains internal database or records
· Assists in the implementation of Industrial customer rebuild and return orders by providing RMA’s
· Effectively and courteously communicates with customers and sales representatives.
Requirements
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will have proven experience:
· High school degree or GED required.
· A minimum of two years’ proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
· Experience with SAP or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
· Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
