Job Description

2、 Work ability:
  1. Capable of market analysis and forecasting, able to timely grasp market trends.
  2. Capable of information collection and filtering.
  3. Having customer service awareness and ability, able to provide high-quality solutions for customers.
  4. Have good communication skills and expression abilities.
  5. Has strong learning and adaptability abilities.
3、 One of the following performance requirements is optional:
  1. Has good performance in the job position, with an annual sales revenue of over 5 million yuan.
  2. Have work experience in cement industry processes, technology, electrical, instrumentation, and equipment.
  3. Have sales experience in providing equipment in the cement industry.
4、 Professional education:
  1. Indian, aged 24-35 with a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in cement technology, electrical, automation, instrumentation, and related fields.
  2. English CET-4 or above, fluent in oral communication.
  3. Fluent communication in Hindi and Chinese. (Optional)
5、 Benefits Base salary+commission Job responsibilities:
  1. Under the leadership of the regional manager, participate in the development of marketing strategies based on different sales goals and plans;
  2. Achieve personal annual sales targets;
  3. Implement the company's marketing strategy and market development business;
  4. Conduct business negotiations (or participate in bidding) with clients and sign sales contracts;
  5. Timely understand customer relationships, provide feedback on product status to the company, and promptly and effectively handle customer complaints;
  6. Accounts receivable collection.
  7. Provide the company with information on market trends and changes in demand, as well as feedback from competitors and customers.
