As a VisaPro Associate Attorney you will:

1.Deliver legal advice to corporate, non-profit, professional and individual clients.

2.Prepare employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas (E, H, L, O, P, PERM, adjustment of status documents).

3.Offer legal strategies through online, telephone and in-person consultations.

4.Provide management and guidance to paralegals.

5.Publish articles and speak at various events, seminars and conferences.

The ideal candidate should:

1.Have at least 1 year solid experience in handling business immigration matters.

2.Be aggressive, and able to handle responsibility.

3.Be hard working and aspire for partnership.

4.Have a global mindset.
