Job Description

We are seeking a ( RN- Interventional Radiology) for a 13-weeks travel/contract assignment in Winchester, MA 01890.

• Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
• Shift: Day(10) - 7:00 start
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekly Pay Rate: $2920 - $3200

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care during interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including pre-procedure assessment, education, and post-procedure recovery.
• Administer conscious sedation and monitor patient response during procedures.
• Assist in diagnostic caths, interventions, and utilize advanced equipment such as Rotablator, IVUS, and FFR.
• Monitor hemodynamics and manage devices including IABP and Impella.
• Respond rapidly to patient emergencies with appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, radiology staff, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to all hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all IR equipment.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.

Requirements:

Licensure & Certifications:

• Current Massachusetts RN License Required
• BLS Certification Required (AHA)
• ACLS Certification Required

Experience:

• Minimum 3 5 years RN experience Required
• Experience in diagnostic catheterizations, interventions, and hemodynamic monitoring Required
• Proficiency in Rotablator, IVUS, FFR Required
• IABP and Impella experience Required
• ECMO experience Preferred
• Foundational ICU or ED experience Preferred
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) Preferred

Travel & Local Considerations:

• Candidates outside a 50-miles radius qualify for travel pay.
