Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Generalist
Location: Colorado
Reports To: Controller/ VP of Operations
Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for running the daily functions of the Payroll and Human Resources Department, with a strong focus on payroll processing, benefits administration, employee record management, and compliance for our diverse group of restaurant and hospitality operations across various Colorado resort markets. This role also assists the Operations Department with employee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate for HR Generalist is a team player and effective communicator with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of payroll regulations and HR best practices in the hospitality industry.
