Location: Burlington Township, NJ
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 - $52,000 + benefits
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to support various HR functions within our organization. This position involves handling employee records, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-moving work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee documentation, benefits administration, and facilitate onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, and arranging interviews.
- Verify and process timesheets for payroll submission through ADP.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns and conducting initial investigations when needed.
- Help update and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Communicate key HR updates, announcements, and policies to employees.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive HR-related information.
- Organize team-building initiatives, employee engagement programs, and workplace events to enhance company culture.
- Contribute to process improvements and support HR initiatives for a better employee experience.
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by following security and emergency protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field OR at least 2 years of experience in human resources.
- Experience working in a fast-paced HR environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HR software, payroll platforms (such as ADP), and Microsoft Office.
