HR Specialist

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work one day in the office, 4 days a week from home and on a dayshift schedule. Our office location is in Ortigas Center.

About the role 
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for providing general support and administration relating to the end-to-end lifecycle of a teammate: tier 1 general policy and procedure, benefits, payroll and compensation inquiries; onboarding, induction and off boarding, reporting, training and special projects as assigned. This role under supervision will provide a broad range support to internal and external clients; have the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, have high attention to detail and must be able to deliver excellent customer service.  

•    Provide accurate and timely responses to internal and external client inquiries as it relates to benefits, system administration and support, company policies & procedures, tier 1 employee relations inquiries, learning and development, recruiting and employment verifications within established service level agreement deadlines. 
•    Process all new hires, rehires, contractors, conversions, status changes, and terminations with a high level of accuracy within the HRIS system.   
•    Create offer letters and employment contracts for workflow approval through the HRIS system.

What we’re looking for

•    College Graduate
•    Minimum 2 years supporting end-to-end HR (hire to retirement)
•    Basic knowledge of HR policies, processes, employment law, benefits, payroll and compensation administration. 
•    Strong communications skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt to different communication styles. 
•    Extremely high level of detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
