Job Description

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is looking for experience maintenance technicians to join our team 

Responsibilities: 

• Maintains generators, diagnoses and repairs problems, or installs and replaces components or entire systems
• Conducts performance checks and regular maintenance to ensure proper readiness. 
• Performs additional maintenance or upgrades
• Reads and follows blueprints or other design specifications to install or repair.
• Install electrical wiring and controls and test for proper operation.
• Install fuel and water supply lines, pumps, and other components.
• Be responsible for responding promptly/timely to scheduled calls.
• Operate a computer, or similar devices to access required systems and equipment.
• Will be self directed and work independently with minimum or no supervision.
• Perform work with the awareness of all potential hazards connected with the installation and maintenance of power supply equipment, switching gear, and other equipment, including but not limited to falls, electric shock, falling objects, and traffic; use safety equipment and utilize safety practices; attend and participate in all designated safety and training meetings.
• Comply with all specifications, industry standards, safety rules and regulations, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Ability to work with various hand and power tools 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs. 
• Ability to work in various environments (indoor, outdoor, confined spaces, dusty spaces) 
• Strong Work Ethic
• Punctual
• Acceptable Driving Record
• Ability to be insured on company driver's policy 
• Clean and neat appearance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Team player: able to take direction and willing to learn
