Description Job Title- Flight Operations Coordinator - Operations Control Center
Department- Elevate Jet
Reports to- Director - Operations Control Center
Location- Remote

Summary Of Position- The Flight Operations Coordinator will act as the point of contact for our clients and their representatives to ensure seamless coordination of their travel experience up to and including sourcing aircraft, obtaining quotes, and delivering proposals either directly to the individual or in conjunction with our sales team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities-- Full cycle trip coordination including flight planning and tracking, creating trip briefs, manifests, arranging catering, ground transportation, accommodations, and other client requests.
- Arranging international logistics and handling including obtaining any necessary permits, takeoff and landing slots, overflight exemptions, and verifying customs and immigration requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, trip reconciliations, invoicing, and overall trip management in conjunction with the sales team and Flight Operations Center.
- Act as inflight coordinator and other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion while working with UHNWI
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and CRM software
Education & Experience-- Bachelor’s degree in aviation or related field, preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year Part 135 experience
- FAA Dispatch License, preferred.
Schedule & Travel-- Schedule varies depending on the need of the organization. Must be able to work nights and weekends when required.
- Travel may be required up to 10%
Miscellaneous-- FLSA Status- Full Time Exempt
- Lifting requirements- Up to 20lbs
