The position of first-line supervisor consists of supervising the cleaning staff on commercial and residential work sites or locations. It also consists of effective management, quality control, and team leadership. Below are some key qualifications to consider.

• Cleaning Industry Experience: Hands-on experience in commercial, residential, or industrial cleaning is essential to understand the tasks and challenges of the role.
