Brief description 

The position of first-line supervisor consists of supervising the cleaning staff on commercial and residential work sites or locations. It also consists of effective management, quality control, and team leadership. Below are some key qualifications to consider. 

1. Relevant Experience

• Cleaning Industry Experience: Hands-on experience in commercial, residential, or industrial cleaning is essential to understand the tasks and challenges of the role.

• Supervisory Experience: One year experience managing cleaning teams, training, assigning tasks, and overseeing daily operations.

2. Skills and Competencies

• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team effectively.

• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to plan schedules, allocate resources, and manage time efficiently.

• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for cleanliness and adherence to company standards.

• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate expectations, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking to address issues like staff shortages, customer complaints, or equipment failure.

3. Technical Knowledge
