Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the inspection, installation, maintenance, and repair of alarm systems in diverse settings.

Duties:

• Inspect, install and set up alarm systems according to specifications and blueprints
• Perform detailed inspections to identify and rectify any system malfunctions
• Execute regular maintenance tasks to ensure the efficiency of alarm systems
• Conduct diagnostic tests to verify the proper functioning of alarm systems
• Deliver comprehensive training to customers on operating their alarm systems effectively

Experience:

• Fire Alarm License required
• Proficient in fire alarm inspection and installation
• Skilled in low voltage equipment operation
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
• Expertise in fire alarm systems and their components
• Ability to interpret and work with blueprints effectively
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Experience in construction inspection is a plus
• Prior work as a service technician is advantageous
