Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.

Purpose:

Collaborate with customers and partner with workforce development teams to deliver Financial Education and personalized one-on-one financial goal setting, empowering individuals towards financial independence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Empower individuals and families to achieve financial independence through education, coaching, and resource connections.
• Provide coaching and service planning with a focus on financial education.
• Engage in community and customer outreach efforts.
• Ensure compliance with program reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Achieve HUD Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Familiarity and ability to navigate community resources.
• Proficient in database applications and Microsoft programs.
• Background in customer service or finance/banking.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $18 for 40 hours a week full-time.
