If you are good with equipment, self-motivated and willing to learn, this employer is willing to teach you to operate his newer Caterpillar and John Deere equipment. This Central North Dakota family farms 6,600 acres of corn, wheat, soy beans and edible beans. Equipment includes tractors, combines and sprayers equipped with GPS, auto-steer and monitors. Job is full-time and involves some light mechanical work. Fabrication skills and experience installing field tile desired but not required. Must be non-smoker, have or willing to obtain a CDL. Salary range depends on experience and the ability to master the required skills. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacations and bonus at end of year based on work ethic and dependability. Housing available in the area.
