Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner - New York, NY (#3119)

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an opening at a Physical Therapy and Pain Management Facility in New York, NY. The facility is dedicated to providing excellent care, fostering a nurturing environment for rehabilitation, and enhancing bodily mobility and stability.

Schedule of the Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner:

This is a Full-time position.
Monday to Friday either 8:00am to 4:00pm or 10:00am to 6:00 pm

Responsibilities of the Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner:

Perform physical exams and patient observations.
Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
Create patient care plans and contribute to existing ones.
Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests.
Diagnose health issues.
Administer medicine and other treatments.
Detect changes in patients' health and modify treatment plans, as needed.
Consult with healthcare professionals and families.
Train patients and their families to manage and prevent illness and injury.

Requirements

Must have an active State License
Must be Board Certified

Benefits

The salary for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience).
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
2 weeks Vacation
5 Days PTO / Sick
5 Major Holidays
Licensing and registration fees
Health Insurance is provided but at employee cost
