Job Description

Korzen Health is collaborating with a prominent private primary care organization in the Asheboro, NC area. This group seeks to expand its team by adding a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to its well-established primary care program. Our specialists deliver comprehensive treatment across the entire spectrum of primary care services. This position is with a group practice that is part of several additional primary care practices that provide care to more than 30,000 patients across eight clinics.

Highlights include:

• Full-Time Position with daytime hours Monday- Friday. No nights and no call. Practice is open 8am-5pm. Clinic based position.
• All ages seen, no OB required. Procedure rooms and on-site testing. We have new Radiology and Laboratory Departments within our clinic.
  
• Join a full team of multiple Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
• Provider will see anywhere from 16-22 scheduled patients per day. No walk-ins, No Urgent Care.
• EMR system in place. Dedicated MA's to help with patient flow.
• Group has been established within the market for over 20+ years. We are expanding our services within our growing region.

Compensation:

• Full-Time W-2 position.
• Base salary with a Bonus in place.
• Benefits, 401K, PTO- 3 weeks, Paid Holidays
• Malpractice Insurance in place.

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina FNP or PA License
• Minimum 2 years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making, teamwork, and communication skills
