Experienced Home Inspector job at Pillar to Post - Imran Qillawala TeamTeam Manassas, VA, US

Job Description

Pillar To Post is proud to be the #1 home inspection company in North America. Our home inspectors are responsible to complete a concise and detailed inspection of the home including but not limited to all crawl spaces and attic areas

Convey all findings in a professional manner using proper grammar and punctuation
Communicates professionally with real estate agents and customers
Consult and make recommendations to real estate agents and customers for the various value packages and/or additional services offered by the Pillar To Post franchise business owner
Maintain accurate records of all home inspections including photos, written details about the inspection and the filing of completed inspection reports
Maintain a strong sense of time management to ensure all inspections are arrived at 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time and home inspections are completed within the allotted time frame
Establish a proactive follow up process to ensure all customers are contacted in a reasonable time frame
Communicate the pricing model offered by the Pillar To Post franchise business owner
Complete all paperwork and follow established company procedures from

initiation through completion of the booked home inspections

Participate in marketing events such as lunch and learn event, trade shows, and office visit marketing programs
Responsible for the collection of payment at the completion of the home inspection
Coordinate placement and pickup of specialized testing equipment
Responsible for all company issued equipment
