Job Description

Global Pacific Support is on the lookout for an experienced Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our dedicated team. In this critical role, you will manage and coordinate our towing operations to ensure our customers receive efficient and reliable service. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, proven dispatching experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming calls from customers requesting towing services.
  • Gather necessary information regarding the service request, including vehicle details and location.
  • Utilize dispatch software to effectively allocate tow trucks and monitor service status.
  • Communicate with tow truck operators to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, providing updates on arrival times and service progress.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of all calls, services requested, and dispatched vehicles.
  • Address and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize dispatching processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a tow truck dispatcher or in a similar role is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with local road networks and geographical areas is beneficial.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong customer service attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and foster a positive work environment.
