### **Executive Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Remote with Occasional On-Site Support)**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Executive Virtual Assistant** to support the **CEO of a small consulting firm**. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at managing communications, scheduling, document preparation, and light bookkeeping.
While primarily remote, **the position requires occasional in-person support for events in San Diego, Orange County, or the Denver Metro region**.
The ideal candidate will have **strong communication skills**, the ability to interact professionally with high-profile clients, and proficiency in office software such as **Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive**. A background in executive support, administrative management, or consulting is preferred.
