This position is full time 8 hours / week Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.
**Primary Responsibilities** :
+ Maintain overall appearance and functionality of Innovation Center.
+ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (facilities, custodial, building management, caterers, etc.).
+ Preparations for On-Site Visits (greet guests, creation and management of name badges, tent cards, visitor access, advancing meeting rooms, administrative support for our hosts, etc.).
+ Manage scheduling of the spaces within the Innovation Center.
+ Engage in frequent communication with Experience Management team.
+ Manage special projects / tasks as assigned.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma / GED
+ Must be 18 years or older
+ 3+ years of experience in event coordination within a corporate or hospitality setting
+ 2+ years of customer service experience
+ 2+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment, with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
+ Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
+ Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with four days per week onsite at 701 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Proven background in acting as concierge in marketing department
+ Experience working with a healthcare company

+ Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
+ Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
+ Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $48,700 - $87,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
