Job Description: Junior Sales Associate
Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Junior Sales Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for a motivated individual looking to kickstart their career in marketing and sales. The associate will play a key role in generating leads, engaging potential customers, and supporting marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Sales Support:
• Generate leads by making cold calls and visiting businesses in targeted industries.
• Utilize company-provided marketing materials to effectively engage and attract potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize high-value prospects.
• Conduct research on potential customers using company software to gather insights and inform outreach strategies.
Marketing Support:
• Capture high-quality photos and videos on location for marketing campaigns and content creation.
• Edit photos and videos to align with brand standards and campaign needs.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials across various channels.
Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in sales and marketing.
• Basic photography and videography skills, including editing (experience with editing tools is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using research tools and basic office software.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is a bonus but is not required.
