Job Description

We specialize in sales and customer acquisition, striving to provide unmatched service and results for our exclusive clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative: 

  • Interact with current and prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Address customer inquiries, provide information about our clients products/services, and offer assistance to ensure their needs are met.
  • Facilitate presentations or services offered to customers with the goal of processing a sale for them with our clients available services 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, concerns, or challenges promptly, escalating complex problems to appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients, aiding in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client interactions and needs.

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with client inquiries, sales, and concerns.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service, retail, sales, business or hospitality-based environment
