Our consulting firm specializes in crafting effective community outreach and customer engagement strategies. Due to our recent growth and increased client demand, we're hiring an Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team.

As the Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning and implementing outreach campaigns across the New Orleans area. Your role involves connecting with community members to promote our client's brand, generate excitement, and boost customer enrollment. This dynamic position requires strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute community outreach campaigns in New Orleans and nearby areas.
• Engage directly with community members to promote our client's brand and increase product demand.
• Discuss product options that meet consumer needs and enhance their lifestyle.
• Provide professional, honest, and transparent responses to product and service inquiries.
• Guide consumers through the enrollment process, building trust for long-term retention.
• Support existing clients while adhering to company standards and compliance regulations.
• Gain a thorough understanding of our client's mission, target audience, and promotional strategies.
• Attend daily meetings to stay informed about our client's offerings and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with HR to attract top candidates and improve the onboarding process.
• Uphold company policies and demonstrate core leadership values.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in community outreach, marketing, customer service, or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• New Orleans, LA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
