The Emergency Department ED Physician MD will report to an Emergency Medicine Medical Director in collaboration with a Chief Medical Officer, supported by seasoned nurses, skilled advanced practice providers, and a diverse team including respiratory therapy, pharmacy, radiology, laboratory, social work, and case management. The Emergency Department ED Physician MD will lead acute resuscitations, manage high-acuity and fast-track care, coordinate with EMS, mentor team members, partner on throughput and quality metrics, and deliver compassionate, timely care alongside friendly nurses and multidisciplinary professionals who value teamwork and inclusivity.
