Electrical Project Manger in Greer, SC **Direct Hire Opportunity**
The Project Manager oversees all aspects of project execution, including compliance monitoring, cost management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Acting as FFT’s representative, the Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, maintain transparent communication with customers and stakeholders, and drive resolution of issues to deliver profitable, high-quality projects. Through meticulous planning, reporting, and leadership, you will ensure successful project outcomes and foster strong customer relationships.
• Monitor third-party compliance to ensure alignment with company standards and legal requirements.
• Manage and track internal and external Lists of Open Points (LOPs) to drive resolution and maintain project momentum.
• Oversee cost planning, optimization, and tracking, ensuring adherence to in-house specifications and SAP systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and project partners. Facilitate kickoffs, status updates, approvals, and change management meetings.
• Demonstrate strong leadership across all project phases, fostering a cohesive, high performing team environment.
• Maintain transparency in project statuses through regular updates, internal and external reviews, and detailed reporting on costs, progress, and milestones.
• Conduct in-depth risk analysis and implement preventative measures to address potential project challenges.
• Develop comprehensive project plans focusing on budget, timelines, and quality to ensure ontime delivery of project deliverables.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or automation), Project Management, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees preferred, but not required • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications preferred, but not required • Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within the manufacturing or automation industry, specifically serving automotive clients.
• Knowledge of automation technologies (robotics, PLCs, etc.)
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Suite
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (i.e. ISO 9001, safety protocols, etc.)
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively • Strong customer-focused mindset to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project coordination or client meetings. • Strong leadership supervisory skills

Salary Range $90k to $120K
