Salary: $100,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• To be considered for the position, you should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of nine years of experience in object-oriented programming, or a Graduate Degree with at least seven years of relevant experience. Alternatively, if you do not have a degree, you should have no less than thirteen years of prior object-oriented programming experience. An active DoD Top Secret (SCI) clearance is mandatory at the time of hire, and applicants must be U.S. citizens.

• In this role, as an experienced lead engineer, I will require you to engage with an Integrated Product Team to develop specialized signal processing systems tailored for a diverse clientele. Your key duties will include supporting all stages of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and testing. You will write efficient, well-designed, and testable code adhering to object-oriented software design principles. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve defects; collaborate with team members to examine hardware-software interfaces; apply engineering principles in software development; assist with architecture strategies; research innovative software concepts; and respond to customer inquiries by troubleshooting complex issues. You will be expected to document processes, assist in bid preparation, provide leadership, mentor junior engineers, and develop strong working relationships both internally and with our clients.
