Job description:

  • Perform Remote Pilot in Command duties, including flight planning, safety analysis, briefings, and aircraft maintenance.

  • Operate inspection drones (Mavic 3E) and heavy-duty cleaning drones (Lucid Sherpa).

  • Assist ground crews with equipment setup, problem-solving, and control.

  • Coordinate with client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Plan projects for safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

  • Maintain clear communication with the company, clients, and suppliers via phone, email, etc.

  • Collaborate with management to improve systems, processes, and employee training for the UAV program.

  • Organize images and footage for inspection reports.

  • Attend training, stay updated on safety and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

  • Valid and active Part 107 drone license
  • Ability to perform complex drone maneuvers in tight spaces
  • Skilled in controlled drone takeoffs and landings
  • Knowledge of drone parts, functions, and limitations
  • Proficient in working with footage, photos, spreadsheets, and documents
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel locally for job sites
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • Quick learner
  • Able to work independently and stay motivated
  • Positive attitude and commitment
  • Efficient with time management
  • Confident, energetic, and focused
  • Conversational English skills

  • Experience in visually inspecting buildings and structures
  • Professional window cleaning skills
  • Skilled experience in operating heavy drones (50lbs)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
