Role Overview
Director of Financial Operations

The Director of Financial Operations is responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the organization. This role ensures that all financial activities are aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational goals while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee finance and payroll operations, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct financial analyses to evaluate existing programs and support decision-making for new initiatives.

Qualifications
Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3–5 years of management experience in a financial leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare accounting practices and principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
