Patient Care Coordinator

OG Dental is currently seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team! If you believe dental care is the link to long term health and wealth. Finding creative ways for patients to move forward and say “yes” to treatment. You will play a key role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care and treatment options.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment plans
  • Educate patients on treatment options, pricing, and payment plans
  • Follow up with patients to ensure they are satisfied with their treatment and address any concerns
  • Collaborate with the dental team to provide a seamless patient experience
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Open Dental Ideal
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
