Description Our team is growing, and we are hiring at NDX Davis Dental Lab in Wyoming, MI for a Dental Laboratory Technician I (Crown and Bridge). The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position - Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist.
- Pour models from impressions received from doctors in the proper material
- Saw out dies using proper technique to make dies removable for fabrication
- Place models on appropriate type of articulator using correct technique
- Articulate models by using bites sent by doctor or hand articulating to correct bite relationship
- Check case for correct doctor information, finish date, product, metal type, and fabrication questions that need to be called on the next day
- Clean work area daily
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills And Abilities Required - Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
- Detail oriented
Minimum Education And Experience Required - Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No experience required

- Bard Parker Knives
- Steamers
- Acetone
- Die-Separator
- Accelerator
- Glue
- Die-Hardener
Physical Requirements - Ability to stand for extended periods of time
