Location: Dallas, TX Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $37,500 - $43,500 per year Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing data with precision and efficiency. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our data systems while ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and easily retrievable. Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into databases and computer systems accurately and efficiently.
• Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, ensuring accuracy of information provided.
• Compile, verify, and sort information according to guidelines established by the organization.
• Prepare and organize documents for data entry, ensuring proper filing and documentation for easy access.
• Conduct regular audits of data entry processes to identify and rectify errors in real-time.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline existing data entry processes and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position, with a strong track record of accuracy.
• Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and discrepancies in data.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
