Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Sandy, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and grading academic exam papers with precision and accuracy. This position requires a strong ability to follow guidelines and ensure consistency across all evaluations. Responsibilities: - Review exam papers thoroughly and compare answers against the provided answer key. - Accurately grade academic tests while adhering to established guidelines. - Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure grading consistency and precision. - Organize and manage exam papers efficiently to facilitate smooth grading processes. - Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in exam responses. - Ensure confidentiality and security of all academic materials handled. - Communicate effectively with team members regarding grading timelines and requirements. - Meet deadlines for completing grading tasks within the specified timeframe. - Maintain a high level of focus during manual grading tasks. - Follow all organizational policies and procedures related to data handling and privacy. Requirements - Proven experience in data entry or similar clerical roles. - Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy. - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Familiarity with grading processes or academic evaluations is a plus. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in managing manual tasks with precision. - Strong organizational skills to handle large volumes of exam papers. - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
