CENCO Claims is seeking a dependable Daily Property Adjuster to handle residential and commercial property claims in Topeka and surrounding Northeast Kansas communities . This field-based position offers steady claim volume, flexible scheduling, and the backing of a supportive, knowledgeable team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site property inspections for wind, hail, water, fire, and other covered losses.
Prepare clear and detailed estimates using Xactimate .
Capture thorough documentation with high-quality photos and accurate reports.
Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives.
Manage claims efficiently to meet deadlines and carrier standards.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Xactimate .
Strong understanding of property damage assessment and repair processes.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Active Kansas or designated home state adjuster license .
Preferred: 2+ years of field adjusting experience.
