Key Responsibilities:

Keep detailed, accurate records of customer interactions in our system.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and provide outstanding customer service.
Comfort with working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in remote customer support or call center environments.
Bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay: $19 - $26 per hour (commensurate with experience).
