Aunty’s Kitchen is a vibrant Pakistani casual restaurant known for its flavorful dishes and warm hospitality. Located in Erin Mills, we offer a diverse menu inspired by traditional Pakistani cuisine. In addition to our dine-in and takeout services, we specialize in full-service catering for weddings, corporate functions, and special events across Ontario.

Position Overview

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives . This dynamic role includes front-of-house service at our Erin Mills location as well as participation in off-site catering events. You will be the face of Aunty’s Kitchen, ensuring every customer has a memorable and pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities

In-Restaurant Duties:

• Greet customers with a warm smile and friendly attitude
• Handle cash, operate the POS system, and manage transactions accurately
• Take customer orders efficiently and answer menu-related questions
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders on time
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, or feedback promptly and professionally

Catering/Event Duties:

• Travel to various event locations across Ontario as part of the catering team
• Serve food and beverages at weddings, corporate events, and private parties
• Set up and dismantle catering stations as needed
• Maintain high standards of service and professionalism during events
• Represent Aunty’s Kitchen brand with courtesy and enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or restaurant experience
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
